The Basics
Introduction and Basic Description
A brief and very general outline of the substance and how/why it may be used.
Timeline of Experience
Include approximations for time of onset, "coming up," the plateau, "coming down" and after effects.
Effects
Detail the effects of the substance here.
Dosages
Give doses for novice, typical, and experienced user. Note any problems with higher doses and include relevant warnings associated with Research Chemicals.
Method of administration
Describe common methods by which the substance being written about is administered by its users. If possible, expand on these areas to include benefits, risks and harm reduction strategies.

Contraindications and Overdose
In this section, outline dangerous combinations between this page's substance and other recreational and prescription drugs, contraindications between predisposed users and the substance (e.g. psychedelics and psychiatric disorders or amphetamines and cardiac conditions).
Negative Short-Term Side Effects
A section for unwanted side effects that occur during the actual experience.
Negative Long-Term Side Effects
A section for unwanted side effects that may accumulate in users of the substance after chronic and/or high-dose administration, and that generally occur outside the spectrum of the actual experience itself.
Addiction and Withdrawal Issues
Harm Reduction
Explain how to avoid problems in as much detail as possible.
Legal Issues
Explain briefly the legal status of the substance, in as many jurisdictions as possible, but focus obviously on BL's userbase: the USA, Australia, the UK and Canada. Try to provide clarity on various countries' criteria for Classes and Schedules of controlled drugs.
Background and Chemistry
History of Drug
Provide a brief history of the drug; when it was synthesized (if applicable), its timeline of use in human history, etc.
Chemistry
The physical structure of the compound. A chance for the ADD crew to go crazy. Use pictures!
Pharmacology
The section explaining how the substance affects the brain and body, and by what mechanisms it exerts ifs long- and short-term effects.
Preparation
DO NOT include anything relating to synthesis! We're talking about taking a pre-existing drug and altering its form to make it easier/better to use, NOT making a drug from other chemicals.
Mechanism of Action
This section may be combined with the Pharmacology section if so desired.
Trip Reports
A section to link to noteworthy trip reports, e.g. those provided on Bluelight.ru, Erowid.org, and other similar (and credible) websites. Provide links and titles, please do not copy and paste trip reports into this initial document!

List (and do your best to properly cite) any and all sources used to compile the above data. As a Harm Reduction user-base, we must seek credible information from credible sources!
