Goal
What are we actually trying to do here? [example: do the dishes]

When we've achieved our goal, as above, what will we actually have to show for it? [example: no dirty dishes in sink; clean dishes in cupboards]
Scope
What is within the scope of what we are doing? What isn't?[Example: washing and drying the dishes is within scope. Cleaning the kitchen floor isn't]
Risks and Dependencies
What could potentially go wrong? What things, outside of the project, do we need to have, in order to achieve our goals? [Example: I might decide to work on the wiki instead of doing the dishes. We need hot water and washing up liquid.]
Timeline
Realistically, this is an ongoing project that will never be fully finished.
